Fieldbrook Fire Department Chief Richard Grissom will be in charge of fire protection inside the 2009 Reggae Rising festival, according to David Moss, speaking on behalf of Dimmick Ranch.

Smooth sailing for Reggae Rising permit
The promoters of Reggae Rising got approval from the Humboldt County Planning Commission to continue with their annual Reggae Rising three-day concert on the first weekend in August and to fold the end-of-August Willie Nelson concert into the existing Conditional Use Permit for the next six years.
