Easley man charged with making a fire bomb
An Easley man has been charged with manufacturing a fire bomb by taping about 500 sparklers together in connection with an explosion that seriously injured a 15-year-old boy July 2. Robert Stephen Spicer, 22, of 135 Watson Road, Easley, was arrested today, according to a warrant and Anderson Fire Chief Billy Gibson.
