ELECTION: Three tax levies pass, but library loses bid

PATASKALA -- Levies passed for Licking Heights Local Schools, the West Licking Fire Renewal and Harrison Township Roads, but the Pataskala Public Library lost its bid to pass its 0.49-mill issue.
