"Officials stressed from the outset of the operation that 215 patients and medical marijuana dispensaries would not be targeted by the warrants."

Did they give a date into which they'll be back for these patients/growers.....i don't buy it..........

Somehow I doubt the claims of full auto weapons.

Good job Fellas, now let's look into the Eureka drug culture and start taking that apart.

Ya! You got that right! 215 is merely a cover for the majority of pot users. They know it and we know it. The Feds showed it. Hehehe! Tax money well spent. Illegal immagration next.

You seem to have some rather specific information about this ongoing federal action.
Where did you get the detailed information about every "garden" that has been raided? And whether or not there was an ill person with a 215 card growing there?

Did you read the article?

First they raid and gather evidence. Then, when they've got that all sorted out, they will file their charges. Standard procedure with them in situations like this.

It's called The Federal Bureau Of INVESTIGATION for a reason. The evidence and investigative reports will be turned over to Federal Prosecutors for charges, most likely.

We won't know how serious they really are until we hear about the number of arrests.

The Mendocino Redwood Company probably wants the land The LLC owns and will buy it at Federal Auction if the subdivision and surrounding lands are seized by the Federal Government.

No 215 growers were raided. The federal government is no longer interested in small scale medical grows. The feds know medical marijuana will be legal nationally next year. This next month New York, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey and North Carolina are all going to pass medical marijuana.
That will make it 20 of 50 states of 40% of states and about 57% of the actual population considering that these state will include the 3 most populated.
As a matter of fact Rep. Barny Frank has non- medical decriminalization of tap for the country next session of congress.
