It appears to me that he has found a way to use state and donated funds to enjoy his hobby and not do his job. He's a smart guy, he even fooled you didn't he? Mr. Spangler likes to "talk the talk" or rather I say "sing the song" but deep down he is a very evil person. Don't let him fool you he really wants to be governor or God maybe. I am glad you ran this story. Let's call it the fleecing of WV. One more comment, ask any kid on campus and I bet they couldn't tell you what Mr. Spangler looks like.

Sounds like you must have been fired from there or something. I know him and the work they do. Evil is such a strong word. Your own words have discredited you.

Just My 2 Cents

I have known Mark for as long as I can remember - 20+ years. He is the most kind person you can imagine. I sort of grew up around him and his wife Tracy and used to babysit Evan and Hannah sometimes. They are all great people. I wish there were more like them out there!! I'm glad to see that everything is going well for Mark and his family.
