Woman missing, nephew wanted for questioning
Independence police are searching for a woman who has been missing since Dec. 28 and her nephew who might know something about her whereabouts.
Police fear that Nancy J. Harris, 63, might be the victim of foul play, according to KSHB-Channel 41 News.
The nephew, Bret Springfield, was living with Harris at her apartment until the day she disappeared. Police said they believe he traveled west through Kansas to Perry, Utah and might be heading to Jerome, Idaho.
Channel 41 News reported that Springfield recently spoke with a relative but refused to answer questions about his missing aunt. Read more
