Ashtabula's beach beast cleaning Conneaut sand

Though the beach sweeper on loan from Ashtabula does clean the beach, if you you notice it also brings the rough sand up and shifts the fine sand down deep. :(

Absolutely UN real...... Administration keeps referring to not enough money or manpower to keep up or do the snow plowing, leaf pick up, mow along side of the roadways or clean out the storm drains or return phone calls from concerned or interesting citizens or possible business owners BUT..........the latest ridiculous undertaking is sifting sand on our beaches???????? No wonder our city is in trouble!
