The Colby School was evacuated May 22 when a man lodged a "roundabout" bomb threat against the school, Summit County Sheriff's Office Detective Ron Bridge said.

A horse was struck and killed by a garbage truck Monday on State Road 32 in Peoa, the authorities said.
