A Cicero man was sentenced to 10 years in prison Tuesday for providing drugs that killed a friend who had come to the Chicago area for a weekend party. Matthew Chapman, 31, apologized in DuPage County court before he was sentenced for the drug-induced homicide of Zachary Giebel, a Pell Lake, Wis., resident who was 25 when he died Aug. 15, 2016.
