N.H. trick-or-treater, 10, killed by felled tree

The boy was walking through Fineview Circle in Pelham at 6:36 p.m. when a birch tree snapped 4 feet above its base and crushed him, according to police and reports from WMUR-TV. Police said the boy was with other children when the tree fell.
