Man charged with assaulting a disabled man

A man who received just a suspended sentence for sending child pornography to someone he thought was a 14-year-old boy back in 2004 is now facing charges that he lured a mentally disabled 23-year-old to his apartment and sexually assaulted him Saturday afternoon.
