Peabody-Burns High School English instructor Dorothy Rucker will teach a semester-long college speech class in Peabody for Butler Community College this fall.

"Anyone in Peabody who is 15 years of age or younger needs to be home by 10 p.m., seven nights a week," Peabody Police Chief Bruce Burke said.
