We find ourselves with a family member embroiled in an identity crisis of late. Seems old What's His Name, our son-in-law, has almost exactly the same name as another Marion County citizen who seems to be having a tad bit of trouble staying on the right side of the law.
Police report includes motorcycle accident
Peabody officers worked an injury accident May 13 at Third and Locust streets. Two individuals on a motorcycle were injured and transported to Newton Medical Center for treatment.
The following accidents were reported to Marion County law enforcement agencies: 201 S. Cedar, Marion: Cody L. McPhail, 18, 604 E. Sherman, Marion, was backing from a drive at 201 S. Cedar, Marion, in a 1995 Mercury Cougar at 10:08 p.m. April 30, and did not see a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am parked in the driveway.
