If only if only... Do them Vally Residents need a drill on how to "Prevent Wild Fires"? Well, I think they should or else this would have never happened in the first place. If they would have been generous enough to put out a fire.. and then... simply through away there trash. Maybe, just maybe our- once beautiful- Natural Foundation could have been there.
