Table Rock Man Hurt in Kansas Accident
The Nemaha County Sheriff’s Department says 57-year-old Dale Herrick of Table Rock, Nebraska was traveling west on U-S 36 when he swerved to avoid a collision with an oncoming vehicle driven by 16-year-old Brock Boldra, who was traveling east in the westbound lane. The vehicles collided head-on, just west of the U-S 36 and old Highway 75 junction.
Boldra was transported to the Sabetha Community Hospital.
Herrick, who was driving a semi tractor-trailer, wasn’t injured.

The semi driver Herrick was to injured. He had 4 vertebrae broken and may never walk again and the kid driving the other vehicle was drunk and fell asleep and was where he wasn't supposed to be. Yet nothing is happening to him.

Lori, I hope you receive this message. I am concerned about the facts of this accident. Please contact me at jjnboom@yahoo.com. I would love to know why nothing is happening to this kid if he had been drinking and driving.

How do you know he wasn't where he was suppose to be?

Where were this kid's parents? Why did they not know where he was and/or what his plans were? Is anyone doing anything for the semi driver?

If he was not where he was supposed to be, why was his mom out looking for him early in the morning, not knowing where he was or where he had been? Sounds like lack of supervision to me.
