New ordinance addresses evaluation of unsafe structures

Morgan County has a new ordinance - which will be used to evaluate the safety of structures in the area - while work over the next six months to a year will focus on establishing a six-member volunteer enforcement agency to investigate reports of unsafe or dilapidated structures.
