A small plane crash in Brooks County claims the lives of two Florida men. The Brooks County Sheriff's Office says the pilot and his passenger were traveling from Montgomery, Alabama to South Florida when their small plane crashed into a thick wooded area just after midnight last night.

A man accused of molesting a boy in early 2008 has been found not guilty. Julian Kyle Joiner, who was arrested and charged with the molestation and battery of a 12-year-old Pavo, Georgia boy, has been found not guilty on both charges.
