St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrest this morning: Jerrell A. Jones, 21, of 628 Red Cypress Road, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 5:49 p.m. on charges of simple battery and a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana.
