Pascoag man charged with hit-and-run

A 20-year-old Pascoag driver faces charges after allegedly striking a child who had just gotten off a school bus and leaving the scene of the accident, the police said.

Yes, this kid is retarded. He's not a man. I refuse to call him that. He is on a one way trip to Loserville. Another fine specimen that will eat up the states tax dollars like his coke dealer father. Why can't we just bring the death penalty back?
