Preston Highway ramp to I-264 closing uncertain

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's plan to permanently close an entrance ramp from Preston Highway to the Watterson Expressway has been put on hold indefinitely after many faculty members and students of Male High School, as well as area residents and businesspeople, voiced disappointment with it.

City to beautify Preston Highway

With the small city of Parkway Village's help, Louisville is looking to beautify Preston Highway from Hess Lane north through the split with Shelby Street to near Eastern Parkway.
