A former Parker City man is accused of murdering a cab driver in Dallas, Texas. 23-year-old Noah Whitehead and two co-defendants are charged in connection with the July 2nd slaying of 56-year-old Hooshang Vatalpour, whose body was set of fire after he was robbed and killed.
