Wisconsin residents reminisce on 2008 flood
In this June 6, 2018 photo, Jared Anderson, a public works foreman with the village of Wyocena in Columbia County, shows off the improvements to the emergency spillway and levee that holds back water from Duck Creek to create Wyona Lake in Wisconsin. In 2008, the spillway failed and drained the lake, leaving only a small channel.
