Hit >> Justice never happens as quickly or efficiently as most people would like, but we think justice was served in the case of former Paradise police officer Patrick Feaster. Feaster was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter Tuesday, less than 11 months after he shot drunken driving suspect Andrew Thomas after a car accident that killed his passenger.
