Palm Desert officials delay affordable housing growth plan as deadline looms
“I do have concerns that we're getting all our density in the north end.”
Palm Desert officials decided Thursday afternoon they needed more time to create a plan that would meet state criteria for low- and moderate-income housing and still fit the city's plan for future growth. via Desert Sun
