Association petitions to teach Fort Lee students about the East Sea
Traditionally, students in Fort Lee have been taught that the body of water that lies between North and South Korea, Japan and Russia is called the "Sea of Japan." If the Korean-American Association of New Jersey were to have its way, however, they would be taught that it is called the "East Sea" as well.

Family Offers $25K Reward in Slaying of Bergen Woman
The family of a 69-year-old Palisades Park woman found stabbed to death in her burning home has offered a $25,000 reward to help solve the more than three year old slaying, authorities said this week.
