Ithacan Barney named top CEO by TelecomAsia

Bill Barney, from Ithaca, has been named TelecomAsia's 2008 CEO of the Year for his work turning Asia Netcom, a small bandwidth player, into Pacnet, a major regional competitor in capacity and managed services.
