Man Gets 15 Years in Prison for Raping 12-Year-Old Boy In Mentor

A man was sentenced to 15 years in prison on May 6, after pleading guilty in April to raping a 12-year-old boy, according to The News-Herald . At the time the rapes occurred , 55-year-old Andrew Brackman was living in a motel in Mentor.
