Woman injured when car flips on Route 121 in Mechanic Falls
A 28-year-old woman was thrown from her car Monday morning after the car apparently hit an abutment and flipped over several times on Route 121 by the Sawyer Bridge.
Cigarette fire burns half an acre of Rumford woods
An improperly discarded cigarette burned a deck at a Route 2 house and half an acre of woods and brush early Saturday afternoon, Deputy fire Chief Richard Coulombe said.
