Hickories Park opening pushed back to April 28

The opening of Hickories Park in Owego has been pushed back two weeks due to the severity of this year's winter weather conditions, according to town supervisor Donald Castellucci Jr. The targeted opening date of April 14 has been pushed back to April 28.
