From Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tioga County: Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tioga County invites all residents to attend the 2009 Annual Meeting and luncheon which will be held on: Monday, December 7th, 2009 from 12:00 pm to 2:00pm at The Owego Treadway Inn.
