Part of New York under State of Emergency due to flooding
A State of Emergency has been declared for parts of Seneca County as heavy rains have led to flooding across the area. Sheriff Tim Luce says the order is in effect for the Towns of Covert, Lodi, Ovid and Romulus -- including the villages of Interlaken, Lodi, and Ovid.
