Morgan city court Defendants appearing in Fort Morgan Municipal Court, paying penalty assessments or assessed default judgments and charges: Ira Hachen, 37, Fort Morgan, 365 days of jail and $55 for violation of restraining order, 225 days jail suspended.

Hernandez-Garcia, 29, Fort Morgan, 2-year deferred sentence and $3,200 for forgery of a government-issued document, 60 days jail, 2 years probation and $78 for criminal simulation; identity theft and criminal impersonation dismissed.
