Ogdensburg man accused of Oswegatchie DWI
State Police on Tuesday night charged Edward J. Besio, 54, Ogdensburg, with felony driving while intoxicated and having a previous conviction of a DWI in the past ten years and misdemeanor assault, leaving the site of an accident and failure to show a licensed identification. He was also charged with refusing to take a Breathalyzer test.
