Two hundred federal agents and police swooped down in the dead of night on dozens of people accused of being members of a drug ring alleged to have been led by a kingpin with a penchant for alligators.

WHITE PLAINS - Federal agents were still on the hunt Wednesday for six suspects who remain at large following a sweep of what authorities described as a countywide crack cocaine ring.

Frank Vaccariello, 37, of Hopewell Junction, was arrested as part of a drug sweep in Westchester County in which 43 people were charged in federal indictments unsealed Tuesday.
