Pawn City owners face racketeering charges
The Griffin Police Departmenta s Criminal Investigations Division arrested 61-year-old James Michael McKneely and 53-year-old Vickie McKneely, owners of Pawn City at 1138 W. Taylor St., on racketeering charges, according to a news release.
