An Orangeville man, using a learner's permit, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol after police observed him traveling in the middle of passing lanes of Route 11 on June 20. Mahoning Township Patrolman Garon Fenstermaker caught up to James J. Kline, 33, south of Bald Top Road.
