An Orange man was sentenced Friday to 17 years in prison for a road-rage-fueled chase with another driver that resulted in a hit-and-run crash in which a 9-year-old boy was killed. Roderick Kent Jerro, 53, was the second person to receive prison time for a role in the Aug. 5, 2015 death of Jesse Rosales, with the other driver, 29-year-old Miguel Villagomez, being sentenced last month to four years behind bars.
