If the injunction is constitutionally overbroad, it should be redone.

I don't live in LA. They don't have gangbangers where I live.

Wow. If that is the case, I want to move to where you are at? However, there are gangs everywhere, a lot of them may do the crimes in a low profile, or do some type of other crime, where one can not notice the gang activity. Even in a small town up north of about 10,000 less than the population of Los Angeles, has at the least 4 gangs. And it is a city with 3 exits off the freeway and if you blink you miss it. And this is a farming community.
