Law enforcement catch overweight trucks on state road in Clay Co.
Kentucky 1482 in the Oneida community of Clay County has a 44,000 pound weight limit but Kentucky State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement officials have arrested drivers for carrying up to 173,000 pound loads.
