The Onaga Police Department reported Wednesday the arrest of Michael Scott Bridges, 45, of Kansas City, Kan.

Vendors, games and free stuff will be the order of the day Saturday when Onaga officially reopens its main street.

A severe thunderstorm warning issued by the National Weather Service office in Topeka remains in effect until 6:30 p.m. Sunday for northeastern Pottawatomie, west-central Jackson and southern Nemaha counties in northeast Kansas.

Three people were injured Monday when their white Ford Mustang convertible collided with a large truck and rolled Monday near Perry.
