Ogdensburg man accused of Oswegatchie DWI
State police on Tuesday night charged Edward J. Besio, 54, Ogdensburg, with felony driving while intoxicated, having a previous conviction of DWI in the past 10 years, and misdemeanor assault, leaving the site of an accident and failure to show a licensed identification. The arrest occurred at 11:41 p.m. on 94 River Lane after a complaint made state police aware of the situation.
