NBT Bank announces closure of Norfolk branch at end of November
Officials from NBT Bank have told customers that they plan to close their Norfolk location at 53 W. Main St., leaving branches in Massena, Potsdam, Canton and Ogdensburg. The bank began serving the Norfolk community when it acquired First National Bank of Northern New York in 2001.
