Thank God that the injuries were not as serious. Does anybody know the name of the juvenile offender? I think his name should be made public. The community should know what kind of person is walking among us. Public humiliation, besides criminal proceedings can be a very punishing experience. Just imagine if the owner of the only convenience store in Morristown barred this scum. They would have to travel to Hammond or Ogdensburg to get a soda or gas. What kind of person plots to intentionally injure children? I think both of these subjects should be sentenced to the maximum sentence possible. No plea bargains, no family court, treat both as adults. I am sure this is not their first brush with the criminal justice system and I doubt it will be their last. If anybody knows, MAKE THEIR NAME PUBLIC.
