Some Ocoee residents are trying to win a fight against a developer who is once again trying to move into their neighborhood.

Ocoee commissioners have temporarily blocked a developer from breaking ground on a controversial Dollar General while a homeowners association fights the store's plan to take down a 30-year-old oak tree for a driveway.
