Makes you wonder w/ all the cc thefts and spending out there..what makes this one so special? I know several people who had their cards stolen and it was never put on the news? Is this like a police officers card?

HEY! Washington County doesn't usually put that much effort into finding stolen property, please do not discourage them from working on something. As the financial crisis gets worse, so will burglaries, especially in the rural areas. I'm glad to see this on the news, maybe someone can help.
