"It appeared to be kids looking for money," said dispatcher Linda Thompson.

This explains it all. The kids in this part of the state have been cheated out of an education by the rightwing nutjobs in that area. Let's not forget that this is the same district that voted in Bachmann. Obviously the education in those districts is severely lacking. The real thieves are the conservatives who want to not pay taxes and constanly whine about wanting to keep more of "their" money!

I don't take your jabs at me - "yawn" - very seriously because it's hard to take an eneducated racist's (see your own post about homies) post seriously.

Why would anyone leave their car unlocked? I think those who do should bear the liability for what's stolen, NOT their insurance company. It's totally careless and irresponsible.

More likely it was children raised by someone like you. Whats the matter, are you out of "Bush/Cheney did it" stupid comments?

Let me try to understand your 'point'. If the schools had spent more money the students would not feel like they have the right to break into someone else's car?

Typical 'progressive' logic.

Maybe it's some out of work 'community organizers' looking to make up for lost funding for ACORN. It makes as much sense as your 'theory'.

Well, if theives want it they will take it. Broken windows suck. You find shards of glass all over your car for months! Common sense/basic street smarts is not to leave anything of value in your car; not even your trunk. CD's and sunglasses can be replaced.
Good idea

Kids should be taught not to steal at home. I pray that you are not a parent.

Obamas fault for getting peoiple to think they are entitled to have what other people work for. There should be no "have nots" in a socialist america. Redistribute the wealth.

Mrs. R is a mentally unstable troll and whack job. No one can be as hateful and misguided as she/he/it is. ALL of it's posts are inflammatory although often they are downright hysterical.

Best not to respond to it.

Washington County just needs some more affordable housing, taxation, and of course compassion. Instead of car thieves why not have bank robbers, burglars, transient homeless, and druggies for that cosmopolitan, 'Twin Cities' touch.

Yes, broken windows do suck. But then again, so does not getting insurance coverage for exoensive items stolen.
