Can Opposing Sides Come Together in Oak Lawn?

Sorry Ray, If that's your take on Oak Lawn you are a little off your game. Heilmann was a friendly to the previous administration for years prior to taking them on. And who did he take on? Not Uncle Ernie. Dave always stayed away from the Barstool Rebellion group because they rallied around Bob Streit. Now this Board actually expects him to lead and he is being exposed as the actor that he really is. He is pompous and condescending and he is getting what he deserves. And really what they all deserve. Keep fighting OL VB. It makes good theater.

There are way too many political marriages of convenience in the Village, too many alliances gone wrong, too many smarmy wonks. There are way too many "users" and not enough workers. The energy of the past is now spent. There is no trust. In municipal warfare there needs to be some agreement on the ends so that the means can be justified.
