A Muskegon woman suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash that closed I-96 west of Nunica for a short time late yesterday morning.

SUV flips, seriously injures one on I-96

A medical helicopter's crew and Crockery Township firefighters are working to extricate a woman from the wreckage of her SUV west of Nunica on I-96. The woman was driving east on I-96 near the seven-mile marker when her Pontiac Vibe went off the north side of the lane and rolled over at about 11 a.m. Tuesday.
