The following cases went before Forest Hills District Justice Thomas Caulfield on April 24: Angel Brown, 26, of Swissvale; and Brandi Kelly, 33, of North Versailles waived preliminary hearings on charges of conspiracy, corruption of minors and furnishing liquor to minors.
