With Flag Day nearly upon us, what better time to air a battle of the banners. Not the usual mutterings concerning the Stars and Stripes - like who's missing a flag pin on his lapel or whether a flag-burning protester is un-American. This brouhaha touches on hometown pride and whether a community by any other name is still a community.
