Reopen the Card Sound Road boat ramp
After 35 years of using the small boat ramp east of Card Sound Road's toll booth in North Key Largo, I was recently shocked to find access completely blocked.
A 62-year-old man was hospitalized Tuesday, Aug. 5, after crashing a Nissan Frontier truck into a chain-link fence just off U.S. 1 northbound at mile marker 113, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
