South Dakota Man Pleads Guilty to Assaulting His Father
United States Attorney Brendan V. Johnson announced that Russell F. Eagle Bear, III, age 28, of Norris, South Dakota, appeared before United States District Judge Roberto A. Lange on April 11, 2011, and pled guilty to count two of the indictment that charged him with assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
